This is for women who are in regular cycles. Includes postpartum (not breastfeeding) and transitioning off hormonal birth control. This package begins with a group class on the Introduction to NFP and the Marquette Method. It includes six months of email consultation to support you as you learn the method. Private follow up calls offered as requested during this time.

BREASTFEEDING PACKAGE €100

Especially for breastfeeding mothers whose periods have not yet returned. Includes an group introductory class on the breastfeeding protocol. Includes six months of email consultation and support. Private follow up calls offered as requested during this time. I am here to help guide you through the natural transitions of the postpartum cycles.

A short class on using your fertile signs, or the ClearBlue fertility monitor, to help maximize your chances of getting pregnant. Includes email consultation for 6 months.
